


'Preacher's Kids, The Musical' set to open in Baltimore
Sherry Grant's hot new play "Preachers' Kids, The Musical," is set for a gala premiere in Baltimore.
It
will premiere at the Baltimore Arena on Father's Day, Sunday June 18, 2000 featuring John Witherspoon from the hit television sitcom "The Wayans Brothers" and from the blockbuster movie "Boomerang."
Also featured will be Bad Boy Entertainments "Good Girl," Tanya Blount, who also was seen in the hit movie "Sister Act 2." Co-starring will be radio personality, 92Q's Baby girl "Egypt," who recently was seen on BET. Rounding out the cast will be the nation's hottest new female singing group "Destiny's Child."
"Preachers' Kids, The Musical," will be just the third play ever presented in the Baltimore Arena's history.
This places "Preachers' Kids, The Musical" in the ranks with "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "Jesus Was His Name!"
Other celebrities and recording artist will be in attendance at the premiere of "Preachers' Kids, The Musical."
This musical is one that has something for the entire family, a unique blend of theatre, music and artistry!
In addition, the show will stage a first-ever high profile red-carpet arrivals event that will prove to be a winner, creating extra TV coverage and a collection of photos that will run nationally.
