Bishop McKenzie to present
at "Sisters Surrendering To God"

There is a  mammoth project upcoming in the Fifth Episcopal District  called "Sisters Surrendering To God" Bishop Vashti McKenzie, the first female Bishop in the African Methodist Church and current Presiding Prelate of the 18th Episcopal District will be one of the featured presenters.

It will be held January 19 - 24, 2001, at Grant African Methodist Episcopal Church, at 10435 S. Central Avenue, Los Angeles, California where the Reverend Leslie R. White is Pastor.  You can contact the church at (323) 564-1151.

This will be the Women In The Faith Ministry Sixth Annual Sisters Conference 2001
The purpose of the  Women in the Faith/Sisters Conference is to encourage, unite,
celebrate, uplift and develop women working towards excellence on this Christian journey.
