Joy Night service The East Lake City Believers Holiness Church, at 1847 McCutcheon Road, Lake City, will hold a Joy Night service at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The speaker for the event will be elder J.O. Bennett of Gresham. The service will celebrate the end of 2009 and the arrival of the new year.
