Richard
Allen will always be remembered in 2001 in my opinion. Not only in
2001, but for years to come. People that are members of an A.M.E.
Church, should be the ones celebrating and rejoicing over what
Richard Allen did those many years ago.
It
is my belief that even though he is not on this earth, he should
still be remembered.
Richard
Allen was a hard working man. He didn’t give up on building up the
A.M.E. Church. It was because of God that he had the strength to go
on. A scripture that Richard Allen may have been thinking of while
building up the church is Phillipians 4:13, I can do all things
through Christ which strengthens me.
