Open House -Black History Display

The Colored Methodist Society Of Attleboro, Bethlehem A.M.E. Church, at Pine & Flowers Aves, Langhorne PA 19047, welcomes all to its open house and Black History display.  This will be available Sunday,  February 18, 2001 to Sunday, March 4, 2001. There will be a Black History Service - Sunday, March 4, 2001 from 4 pm - 6 pm  The display will feature 192 years of local history including church records, family histories, cemetery lists, census/maps, memorabilia, veterans lists, etc. The open house hours are  Monday thru Friday - 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday and Sunday - 2 am to 4 pm. Group information, churches, schools, seniors please call ahead to schedule at 215-757-2295.  Hosts and hostesses for the event include: Mamie Price,  Alice Dorsey,  Thomas Ross,  Eunice Jacobs,  Kim Reddick,  Edith Derry,  Craig Herder,  Rachel Dorsey,  Susan Lee,  Tracy Boyd,  Gwen Lee,  Barbara Simpson.  The church historian is  Walter W. Jacobs Jr. The pastor is the Reverend Roselin Martin

Beckett-Stout Annual Missionary Day

The Beckett-Stout WMS will be having their annual missionary day on Feb.11, 2001, at 11:00 a.m.  and 3:30 p.m. . Our guest will be Lic. Dorothy Hayward in the morning  and the Rev. Keith Hayward, choir and congregation in the afternoon.
